Supportive Care Coordinator
As a key member of the interdisciplinary team the Supportive Care Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the delivery of the Palliative Care Approach with a focus on the psychological, social, emotional, spiritual, grief and bereavement domains of care at Oak Ridges Hospice. The Supportive Care Coordinator will provide support primarily to the residents, their families, and at times to staff and volunteers. The Supportive Care Coordinator will also coordinate the Grief and Bereavement volunteer program in collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator.
Finance Coordinator - Part Time
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance Coordinator will manage Oak Ridges Hospice’s day-to-day accounting and finance requirements, by overseeing our financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Fund Development & Communications Lead
The Fund Development and Communication Lead is responsible for supporting organizational fundraising initiatives and goals, operational objectives and strategic goals, quality improvement, risk assessment, accreditation support, and compliance. This position also provides oversight to all aspects of marketing for the organization, including print materials, websites and social media. This role must provide support that embodies critical thinking and proactive problem solving, intuition, time management and collaboration skills.
