Sending Recognition for In Memoriam Donations

We endeavor to notify all families of In Memoriam donations.

Notifications are sent out once per month.

We gather family and next-of-kin information in two ways:

1.      When a family reaches out to fund development directly.

2.      When a donor provides the contact information for who to notify about the donation.

Please Note: We do not receive contact information from our clinical team for any resident or family member. This is because of our privacy policy and our unwavering commitment to protecting and safeguarding personal information. If we are unable to get contact information from the family themselves or a donor, we will reach out to the funeral home to forward the donation information on our behalf.
