Stephen Gray - Board Chair
Stephen Gray brings 20 years of experience in senior management to the ORH Board of Directors. He is currently the CEO of Medical Associates of Port Perry/North Durham FHT/North Durham Health Centre, a practice of 40 physicians and 24 allied health providers. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and completed his professional designation in 2000. Stephen is also currently a Steering Table member of the Durham Ontario Health Team and Co-Chair of the Durham Region COVID Response Table.
Kevin Morgan - Vice Chair
Kevin Morgan is the Founder and CEO of K&K Recycling Services, a state-of-the-art national scrap metal collection, recycling and processing company headquartered in Pickering, Ontario. Kevin graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies. Kevin has been a resident of Pickering for over 40 years where he lives with his wife and three children.
Ann Burkholder - Secretary
Ann Burkholder is a retired technology professional with over 40 years of experience in senior management roles. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.Math in Computer Science and has an MBA from Boston University Brussels. A passionate believer in the value and need for hospice care, she has been a volunteer in the area for over 20 years, including being a former board member and past president of Evergreen Hospice. Living in Uxbridge for over 8 years, she is looking forward to working at Oak Ridges Hospice.
Anne Wright - Treasurer
A Chartered Accountant and CPA, Anne is an experienced board member with finance, fundraising, governance and government relations expertise. Anne has a lengthy history of community service. As a volunteer, she served as National President of the Canadian Diabetes Association and as board chair of Lakeridge Health and Trent University. Resident in Port Perry, she previously served on the boards of Durham Hospice, Toronto Rehab, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection and the Canada Science and Technology Museum.
Michael Stewart - Director
Michael Stewart is an IIROC licensed financial advisor, with CFP designation, serving Durham region from his Edward Jones office in Port Perry. He has served on the boards of the Rotary Club of Port Perry, The Lions Club of Uxbridge and has a history of working with families with special needs. He graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto. He is passionate and proud about serving our community.
