Each year, Oak Ridges Hospice welcomes families and loved ones of our past residents to gather for a special evening of reflection and remembrance. The Memorial Tree Event offers a gentle and meaningful way to honour those we’ve lost while finding comfort in community. Together, we share stories, light candles, and celebrate the love and connection that continue to live on.
This year’s gathering will take place on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Mill Run Golf Club in Uxbridge. Please scan the QR code or email hcarlson@oakridgeshospice.com to RSVP.
